I've been privately reflecting on the American (in)Justice system and the loss of Michael Brown, the absolute sham of Justice, the double speak and theatrics of government and media... I've felt the (in)Justice system is a sham since being sued for custody of a baby. I honestly thought motherhood was sacred and that no one could touch that or wreck that bond and found out that it's pretty routine to do equal time share of days old infants because fuck sluts the patriarchy has baby formula and you should have thought about this before you fucked him... Or something. That was the moment I knew it was all bullshit and since then it has been a painful awakening to just how much BS it really is. So now someone has lost THEIR baby because of the very same bs system and while this has only a vague similarity (injustice) to my plight, I can't help but feel it within every cell and fibre of my being. What makes his life less fucking goddamn valuable? Every fucking week I deal with someone who is infinitely worse than Michael Brown and has had plenty of police confrontations and an arrest record to boot and not only is he here to tell each and every sick story, he is told he should be a police officer. Yet a black teenager (MULTIPLE teens in different areas) walking down the street having an attitude (OR NOT EVEN) gets gunned down by some effed version of the aforementioned POS?! I don't even have words... Does it matter if it's a political distraction? It doesn't change the fact this is fucking happening. It doesn't change the fact that a wannabe thug white boy is coddled and released without a scratch and an apology for doing real violent damage in the world while a black kid with frustration and irritation gets executed. I don't know what to feel these days. I have been feeling like shit any way and to be honest, this is just a continuation of that disillusionment with it all. I really do hope that my loving mind will uplift others. But this hurts. I feel like I don't know how to exist in a world like this. It's all so wrong. We absolutely cannot keep doing this.
